AI creates an almost unlimited number of possible initiatives. The real challenge is deciding which ones matter. I help organizations structure that ambiguity — clarify business problems, shape use cases, challenge assumptions, prioritize opportunities and connect individual initiatives to a broader transformation.

Adoption starts after the technology has been deployed. I work with organizations on the practical layer: what AI changes for different roles, which workflows are worth redesigning, how learning should work and what managers need to do differently if AI is going to become normal rather than experimental.

Senior leaders do not need another demonstration of what a chatbot can do. They need a clear view of what is changing, what matters for their organization, where the opportunities and risks are and what questions they should be asking next. I design executive briefings, working sessions and advisory formats that make AI understandable without oversimplifying it.

AI has changed a large part of my work, but it has not replaced the human side of it. Leadership, communication and the ability to navigate change remain fundamental — arguably even more so when technology changes quickly. I work with leaders and teams on communication, leadership development, facilitation, difficult conversations and other capabilities that directly affect how change happens inside organizations.
