About Me

Hi, I’m Michal – business coach, consultant, and AI guy who still believes in people.

For over 16 years, I’ve worked with professionals, teams, and companies across industries – helping them get unstuck, level up, and lead with clarity.

I’ve coached executives in high-pressure corporate environments.
Helped founders craft strategies that actually worked.
Trained salespeople to communicate with confidence and impact.
And more recently – I’ve been helping teams and individuals make sense of AI and integrate it into their work without the overwhelm.

But my work isn’t really about tools or titles.
It’s about making progress feel possible again – no matter where you’re starting from.

What I do best

I help people and organizations:

Whether you’re preparing for a boardroom presentation, leading a team through change, or just figuring out what the next chapter looks like – I’m here to support you with honesty, experience, and real tools that work.

My Professional Journey

I started working with people long before I ever stepped into a corporate boardroom.

My roots are in soft-skills coaching – helping individuals become better communicators, leaders, and collaborators. What began as a passion project quickly turned into a professional path, and over the years, I’ve guided managers, sales teams, and high-potential individuals through growth that actually sticks.

Along the way, I spent more than eight years working inside a major automotive company, leading internal training programs, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping shape leadership development from the inside.
But I never stopped coaching. It was always both – practical business experience + human-centered development.

When I moved fully into coaching and consulting, things accelerated. I worked with:

  • Sales teams who needed to turn meetings into conversions

  • Managers stepping into leadership for the first time

  • Founders trying to lead without burning out

  • Corporates struggling with internal miscommunication

  • And professionals in transition who just needed someone to believe in them and guide them through change

More recently, I’ve focused a large part of my work on AI-powered solutions for business and HR.
But not the flashy stuff – the practical, time-saving, “why didn’t we do this sooner?” kind of work.

I’ve helped teams:

  • Automate onboarding briefings and daily task summaries

  • Set up internal coaching bots to support team leads

  • Use AI to pre-screen job applications and prioritize talent

  • Create dynamic dashboards from raw internal data for absenteeism tracking

  • Build smart, structured workflows that connect people with the right information at the right time – without needing to learn any new complicated tools

I specialize in helping companies adopt AI where it truly helps – reducing noise, saving time, and supporting decision-making. Most of the work I do starts simple, then scales. No pushy tech. No silver bullets. Just focused solutions that get adopted because they actually work.

That’s the kind of work I love – where human potential meets real-world systems, and we make both better.

My philosophy

Clarity beats complexity.
Progress over perfection.
And no buzzwords – ever.

I believe in human-centered coaching that respects where you are now, while guiding you toward where you want to be. I don’t pretend to have all the answers – but I do ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help you make the next move with confidence.

I’m also a father, a laser tag competitor (yes, really), and someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and psychology.

Who I work with

I work in both English and Czech, and collaborate locally and globally. Sessions are usually remote, but I offer in-person workshops and training for corporate clients when it makes sense.

If you’re here, you’re probably exploring something important.

Maybe you need a coach.
Maybe a consultant.
Maybe just someone to help untangle the ideas in your head and turn them into real-world progress.

Whatever it is – I’d love to hear about it.
